The COO's Role at NEEZ Global

At NEEZ Global Solutions, the COO holds one of the most strategically critical roles in the business. With six service divisions — Construction & Infrastructure, ICT & Digital Solutions, Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Consultancy, Procurement Services, and Facilities Management — the COO is the single point of operational accountability across the entire portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cross-divisional collaboration — ensuring ICT supports Construction project management, Logistics enables Procurement delivery, and FM receives seamless handovers from Construction
• Client delivery performance — maintaining and exceeding SLAs and project milestones across all active engagements
• Resource optimisation — deploying the company's people, equipment and supply chain assets at maximum efficiency
• Operational governance — implementing the quality management framework that underpins NEEZ Global's ISO 9001 alignment
• Team leadership — building and managing the specialist operational workforce across all six divisions
