The COO ensures that the Construction, Logistics and ICT divisions are collaborating seamlessly, meeting deadlines and delivering the integrated service model that defines our brand. This role holds accountability for the operational heartbeat of the company across all active project sites and service lines.

The CFO manages NEEZ Global's project values, tax compliance across regions, and investor relations. With a portfolio of high-value contracts in view, the CFO ensures that financial rigour, transparent reporting and disciplined capital allocation underpin every major decision the company makes.

Focused on the philosophy of Integrated Excellence, the CSO continuously identifies opportunities for NEEZ's service divisions to cross-leverage each other — ensuring, for instance, that our ICT capabilities strengthen our Construction project management, and that our Logistics network supports our Procurement division. Strategy at NEEZ is not a document; it is a daily discipline.

Nimi leads the legal and compliance function, managing contracts, land titles, and regulatory filings across different states and jurisdictions. Her rigorous approach to legal governance ensures that NEEZ Global operates with unimpeachable integrity in every market it enters — and that every partnership is built on solid, enforceable foundations.
