1. Our Compliance Commitment

NEEZ Global Solutions is committed to the highest standards of legal compliance, business ethics and corporate governance. We recognise that maintaining integrity is not only the right thing to do — it is fundamental to our long-term success and the trust our clients, partners and communities place in us.

Our compliance framework applies across all entities within the NEEZ Global Solutions group and to all employees, contractors, agents and third-party partners acting on our behalf.

2. Regulatory Registrations

NEEZ Global Solutions operates within full regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions in which it operates:

• Nigeria: Registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) — RC 1234567. Fully compliant with CAMA 2020.
• Nigeria: Registered with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) and all applicable State Revenue Boards.
• Nigeria: COREN-registered engineering firm with all requisite professional licences.
• Ghana: Registered with the Registrar General's Department, Ghana.
• United Kingdom: Registered with Companies House, England & Wales — Company No. 12345678.

4. Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC)

NEEZ Global Solutions has a zero-tolerance policy on bribery and corruption in all forms. This applies to all employees, officers, contractors and third parties representing NEEZ. Our policy is aligned with:

• The Nigeria Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Act (ICPC Act)
• The UK Bribery Act 2010 (applicable to our UK operations)
• The United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC)

What we prohibit

• Offering, promising or giving a bribe — directly or indirectly
• Requesting, accepting or receiving a bribe
• Making facilitation payments of any kind
• Using third parties to route bribes

Due diligence

All high-risk vendors, agents and intermediaries are subject to enhanced due diligence before engagement. Our procurement policy includes mandatory ABC clauses in all supplier contracts.

5. Data Protection

We are fully compliant with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019 and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. A Data Protection Officer (DPO) is appointed and operational. For full details see our Privacy Notice.

6. Labour & Human Rights

NEEZ Global Solutions is committed to fair labour practices and respect for human rights throughout our operations and supply chain:

• All employees are paid at or above the national minimum wage
• No child labour — all workers must be 18 years or older
• No forced, compulsory or bonded labour
• Safe and healthy working conditions at all sites
• Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining respected
• Equal opportunity employment — no discrimination on any protected ground

7. Health, Safety & Environment

Our HSE framework is ISO 9001:2015 aligned and adheres to Nigerian OSHA regulations. All project sites operate mandatory HSE management plans. We track and publicly report our Lost Time Injury Rate (LTIR) annually. Our current LTIR (2024): 0.34 — significantly below the industry average of 1.2.

8. Whistleblower Policy

We encourage all employees, contractors and third parties to report suspected violations of our compliance policies. Reporters are fully protected against retaliation.
