NEEZ Global Solutions Limited and Siemens Nigeria Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) establishing a strategic partnership for the development and delivery of smart building technology, industrial automation and energy management solutions across West Africa.
The MOU was signed in Port Harcourt by NEEZ Global Solutions' Chairman and Founder, Ejikeme Alozie-Nwagboso, FIMC, CMC, and the senior leadership of Siemens Nigeria, marking one of the first major strategic alliances entered into by NEEZ Global Solutions since its incorporation on 4th February 2026.
What the Partnership Enables
The partnership combines NEEZ Global's deep local market knowledge, integrated construction and facilities management expertise, and established client relationships across Nigeria's Oil & Gas, Banking, Healthcare and Government sectors — with Siemens' world-leading portfolio of building technologies, industrial automation systems and sustainable energy solutions.
Under the MOU, NEEZ Global and Siemens Nigeria will collaborate on:
- Smart building technology integration for commercial and industrial construction projects
- Building Management Systems (BMS) and energy optimisation for facilities management contracts
- Industrial automation solutions for manufacturing and processing facility clients
- Sustainable energy management and grid-edge technology for power-critical applications
Strategic Significance
