NEEZ Global Solutions Limited has submitted its pre-qualification documentation to the Rivers State Ministry of Works and Infrastructure, formally entering the bidding process for the state's 2026–2028 Capital Works Programme — a portfolio of road rehabilitation, bridge construction, drainage and public building projects estimated at over ₦40 billion.
The submission, coordinated by the company's General Counsel Nimi Alozie-Nwagboso (BL, LLB, LLM) and the Construction division leadership, covers the full scope of NEEZ Global's civil and structural engineering capabilities, including road and bridge construction, water and sanitation infrastructure, public and civic buildings, and residential estate development.
Integrated Advantage
What distinguishes NEEZ Global's submission is the integrated service offering behind the construction capability. Unlike standalone contractors, NEEZ Global can deliver construction projects with in-house ICT infrastructure (for smart buildings and data connectivity), in-house procurement (eliminating third-party material supply risk), and in-house facilities management for post-handover maintenance — all under a single contract.
"Rivers State's infrastructure programme deserves a partner who can deliver not just the building, but the full operational environment around it," said Chairman EJ Alozie-Nwagboso. "That is exactly what our integrated model is designed to provide."
About the Programme
The Rivers State 2026–2028 Capital Works Programme covers 36 road projects, 8 bridge rehabilitation schemes, 14 public building upgrades, and a major drainage improvement initiative across Port Harcourt and outlying local government areas. Pre-qualification results are expected in Q2 2026.
